  Apart delivery time there is nothing to complain on. Claimed 72 hours were delivered in 12 days. All products are very good quality and easy to wear. Definitely it is worth to buy some.

  First of all, the footwear I ordered is really comfortable. I couldn’t get the colour I wanted from a local shop but I managed to find them on natural worlds own website. The only slight negative thing I can say was that I found the delivery to be a little slower than I’m normally used to with online shopping but only by a few days. However, the reason for this, I believe, was because they were being shipped from Spain? Nonetheless, communication was good from them after I enquired as to regards a shipment date and they then arrived as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again and I would recommend them.

  Great service, reasonable price & excellent quality. However, despite following the measuring guidelines I.e. measure the insole of an existing pair of shoes & ordering the corresponding size, the shoes were far too small when they arrived. As I am in the UK I am am unable to exchange them which is disappointing say the least.

  I only suggest to have an automatic email sent straight way when someone does an order. As I order during night, only on next day, I was sure that my order was sent to the right place with the right details. Everything else was great, and received the order fast. Thank you!

  well the stock was wrong so I could not get the one i selected and paid for, but they contected me with the problem and fixed it as soon as they found out. I could select another colour and got it a few days later. I was also not in a hurry so I was satisfied with the service after all.

  The wrong shoe size nr 37 was in the shoe box, but i ordered 41 and also on the etiquette of the box it was written 41, however the pair of shoes was 41. But shoes looked nice i hope the right size will finally fit on my feet.

  I would advise against ordering from this company. Sometimes the shoes are okay. Sometimes they are badly made and too uncomfortable to wear. Its about 50/50. So you are taking a big risk. The problem is that they have no system for returns and their customer service is very bad and they are actually quite rude about it. If the shoes are no good and you contact them then their policy is basically tough luck. I'll never risk ordering from them again. I'd advise anyone against it. You have been warned.

We simply informed you that we do not offer free exchanges and returns in the UK. However, we inform you that if you wanted you could send the shoes to our warehouse, ensuring that there will be no extra costs when collecting the package. Within each model, there is a size guide, as not all models fit the same. When it is our mistake, we handle returns or exchanges without additional charges, but this is not the case.   I'm trying to return the shoes that are small for me. The courier never contacts me and customer service told me first that my returned was cancelled and second that it's again ok and the courier will contact me. Still waiting and it's been 15 days since I started the return.

  Thank you for the review. You bought the shoes the 20th of October at 15:01:55. We dont work weekends so we shippedd the shoes on Monday 23th and you got the shoes the 26th, so there was a delay of one day due to an issue on the shipping address. On the other way, if the shoes are coming out please send an email so we can check with design as we have reviewed our email and we dont have any email from your side. Thank you!

  Love the shoes and the fact they are completely from natural materials and organic cotton however I’d prefer no fragrance added to the shoes. Other than the pungent aroma of bubble gum or car freshener, they are super comfy
