  It was actually very difficult to see this unless you specifically seek it out. You had to send me the details when I originally queried this with you. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend customers from the UK using you as they will face the same problem unless they read this review.

  We believe this situation is becoming excessive. We have not declined any review. It seems as you are the one who has declined your first review. To clarify, I am posting here the initial response we provided to your previous review in which you claimed that we had not responded to your emails: We have check out inbox and we dont have any email from you. Order was placed on Monday 6/9/2023, shipped on Tuesday 7th of September and you got it Tuesday 12th of september. So not sure what is the enquiry in regards this order. Also, please confirm to which email account you sent the email as, as said before, we dont have any email from your. Also, your email on IG pictures was: Awful awful and awful company. I will advertise this everywhere. They are basically scammers. I ordered two shoes a couple of days ago. No tracking info, gives error all the time. Left a message from the website, no return. Is this how you treat UK customers? They are playing deaf and dumb and I am sure they are not going to get back to me. But you know why? If you are advertising as the perfect natural shoe brand, try to retain and gain your customers instead of acting like this. I will make bad advertisement of this company everywhere. You can be sure about that! And our reply was: Could you please let us know the order number to check? We reply to all emails so quite strange you didnt get any answer from us.   J'ai passé commande pour la première fois, en me référant au pointure j'ai donc pris 42, mal heureusement une fois reçu à la maison, trop petite... j'ai donc demandé une pointure au dessus, j ai reçu en moins de 24h le bon de retour. Et par la suite j'ai eu la bonne pointure, ca a pris presque 2 semaines, le temps qu'ils recoivent et renvoyent mais rien a dire, les chaussures sont légère, et content que ce soit " vegan" car j'adore la couleur rouge, mais quand ce n est pas vegan c est souvent des poux écrasé... bonne continuation à vous et merci de proposer des produits "sain"

  My order took two weeks to be delivered despite the website quoting "72 to 96 hrs for orders shipped outside of Spain". In addition, I contacted NaturalWorld to ask about the refund/exchange policy as the shoes were far too big, and had no response from them at all. A very poor experience and I would not recommend.

In this case, yours was detained at customs and that is why the shipment took longer.   despite the English website claiming orders will be delivered in 72 hours, my order took 9 days to arrive The 2 pairs of shoes were both a 41, yet one pair fitted and the other were too tight I would like to return one of them but they say NO RETURNS - I didn't know this was allowed and I wouldn't have ordered them if it was clear before I bought them

  We are merely elucidating the sequence of events as they transpired. Taking into account that courier services do not operate during weekends, the shipment timeline is as follows: The order was dispatched on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Subsequently, on Tuesday 24th it underwent a temporary hold at customs, with clearance being granted on Friday, August 25th. Following this, disregarding the weekend days of Saturday and Sunday, the shipment remained in transit for a duration of two and a half days, ultimately reaching its destination on Wednesday, August 30th.   The order arrived after 11 days. I usually wear 43. When I received my order (Old Ginger Boots 43), they were too small. I emailed the company to ask what my return/refund options are. They replied they won't accept any returns from the UK.

  The shipping was fast but the delivery, although on time, was confusing because I kept receiving delivery notifications from an unknown number with an unknown order number that didn't match the information I received via email. It seemed like a scam, but in the end, everything turned out fine. I just believe that the communication regarding the delivery could be improved.

  The worst service ever. I can’t change the shoes I’ve bought and no one care about it. It’s so much expensive for such a bad service. Never ever in my live I’ll buy anything more from this shop. I’m talking with my bank to do a charge back in this process

  I think you guys didn’t follow all the process, if yes you didn’t have this answer! That’s not the point, the point is the currier neve show up, and the shop didn’t help and stop answering. That’s the worst service ever. Make you guys the worst on line shop ever.

  Sorry, it was not really clear on your review that the courier never show up, looks like you wanted to exchange the shoes from the UK and not from Portugal. We just checked the status and says that the address that you indicated them was incomplete so the pick up couldnt be made. Then, following you last email we sent the details again to the courier and yesterday they create a new pick up request and they can have up to 5 working days to pick up the shoes. Thank you
