  I love this sustainable, vegan company from Spain. I have now purchased 6 pairs of shoes/sandals from them as they are that good! Great colour range, comfy, lovely styles. Not the cheapest but so good I don’t mind paying more especially when they are ethically sourced and produced.

  Sadly this has not been a positive experience - mainly because it was very unclear that, should there be any issues, this product could not be returned. HAD THIS BEEN CLEAR, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE SHOES.

  I am so disappointed with my shoes. They look beautiful but when I walk in them the backs fall down. I tried walking with the backs down but they gave me blisters. I’m so disappointed as I can’t wear them. Total wate of money and natural resources!! I’d actually like my money back tbh

  The order came really fast. Unfortunately the shoes were too small so I had to return them. I hover between 2 sizes depending on the shape of the shoes so I ordered the one they has in stock. There is a definite lack of stock. I've been eyeing a couple of models for a few months now and they haven't had the size I need. They should increase the stock in the popular models for the popular sizes.

  It says on your website IF there is tax to pay. You should warn people that you don't accept returns from the UK because there are taxes to pay. It's misleading.

  72 hrs delivery took 11 days. Someone changed my postal code and inserted a wrong one. Had to call the delivery company twice to correct postal code. If it depended on them it would take months. Then on natural shop site, nowhere to complaint about this type of issue.
