  The shoes are extremely comfortable, probably better than sleepers. The delivery time was longer than advertised, however. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, we will see how long and durable the shoes are now.

  There was one small problem with the delivery - the courier service did not receive my full phone number (my last digit was missing) from the seller, so I had to send them the correct information myself. Other than this, everything was good and I recommend this store.

  In my opinion you should expect to receive the shoes you order. In my opinion they put the wrong shoes in a box with a picture of the shoes I ordered. It is my opinion that I can’t trust natural world eco-shop.com and that I will not order from them again.

  Shoes did not fit. I had to return them and pay the postage myself which amounted to about half the value of the shoes. I emailed to point out that the shoes also had a flaw but have had no response. It has been over a week and I have also not received a refund

  Shoes were good but far too small. I returned by tracked post from UK to Spain. The tracking tells me there was no one to accept the parcel. Despite several messages to the company with details of courier, and asking to rearrange delivery, I've had no response. Not impressed.

  Thanks to Natural World for getting back to me. It seems there was an excess charge from the Post Office on my shoe return, which i why they could not be accepted. I would give the actual shoes 4 stars - but make sure you size up to the next size!!

  I simply LOVE shoes from naturalworldeco. I got my first pair in a stationary shop in Berlin and wore them down completely. Light and comfortable, breathable. Once the shoes wore down I ordered a three new pairs (in case they stop selling my fav model) and then package came quickly, and the package smelled so nice. Which was such nice touch. 100% recommend and will be back!

  I love this company from start to finish of the process of ordering items. Sustainable, vegan products in the most amazing colours, materials used so soft & the shoes/ boots/ sandals smell great too! You get a tree planted in the name of your choosing on your first order too! I have now purchased one pair of boots, three pairs of sneakers & two pairs of flip flops. Not the cheapest brand but well worth that extra price. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

  I was very afraid of delivery as their chosen partner has 11 thousand reviews and all of them negative. Fortunately for Belgium it was DPD that took over and delivery was fantastically easy. Everything went smoothly and the whole process from ordering to delivery took only a couple of days. Product as described, one thing I didn't like was lack of information on the box about composition, the kind of leather used etc. Size a bit too big, but that's the problem with their shoes, they have sizing all over the place.

  I have bought from Natural World before and everything went very well and I was delighted. Very recently I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived I realised that I had ordered the wrong ones so I placed another order for the correct shoes. They arrived and I am delighted with them. My problem is that I want to return the pair that I wrongly ordered but am being told that I have to make sure that I pay any taxes or the package will not be delivered so I wouldn’t get a refund. How do I know what the taxes are? Can someone advise me please.

  The sizes come up a bit small. Always worn a 43 with every boot/shoe I’ve bought in 30 years. These rub quite a lot. Had to take soles out to wear. Really like them though, so have ordered a 44!

  Olá A experiência não correu muito bem 1o mandaram mail's a falar do pagamento quando já tinha sido pago O 2o par chegou 2 semana após o pagamento e porque eu mandei um mail a perguntar Ainda responderam que não tinham o pagamento e tive de enviar comprovativo Penso que a nivel administrativo têm de melhorar Simpatia e rapidez a responder aos mail' s nota 10
