  The shoes are good quality and great. And delivery is quite fast and efficient. However, I've had a problem with orders because although the website may say some colours of styles are available, in turns out they are not and they do not have a proper system for returns. So recently I ended up having to accept a colour of shoes that they sent that was not the one I chose, albeit with a 20% discount, after a long drawn out process of trying to ascertain what was available and what was not.

  Wonderful shoes - I literally LIVE in my Old Blossoms. I have them in 4 different colours now! Only when it snows I wear other shoes. :) And the naturalworld ecoshop was so friendly and supportive when I contacted them via phone and E-Mail. I am a big fan. Stay as you are!!!   I ordered a pair of shoes. At first I had some difficulties finding the right country. All was based on shipping to the UK. But finally I managed. The shoes are great. Very comfortable. What I also found very positive was the fact that the package was wrapped and sent with a minimum of waste materials. No big extra box or fillings. Great! My compliments!

  Despite return information included in the confirmation email (and mentioned on the website) the returns link takes you to a page which states that returns from the UK aren't available. It's intentionally misleading, and I would have thought illegal. You are likely left with a item of clothing that you can do nothing about other than give to charity. Time and money wasted. I would rate lower if I could.

  Hi Daniel. Thank you for your email and sorry that you didnt read properly. On the email just says that If once you get the package you are not satisfied with it, you can manage the return of the same through our website or in the following link. The link takes to the page where it give you the information that you can ship the package on your own but not for free as we dont have FREE returns option. It is really clear on the terms and conditions and when on the website there is NO place where you can read that we offer that. So you could also ask before buying if we do have free returns option.   Yes as I mentioned, the email contains a link. And when clicking on this link you are taken to the returns page on your website which says - 'We do not accept returns or exchanges from UK.' It DOES NOT say on this page that you accept returns on the condition that the customer pays. I would happily pay for the postage, but if I get the customs tax wrong and leave an amount unpaid, then I will lose the item and have wasted even more money.

  Your statement is clearly untrue, I have a screenshot taken from phone, that states in your terms/conditions section of UK webpage stating that you do offer free returns. I did notice that some of your other webpages available do state there is no free returns in UK,. How is the customer supposed to know which one is accurate? If you state you do free returns which some webpages say you do then you are obliged to meet that obligation.

You just read the first quote and then you told us that you were not going to read the full page... We dont offer free returns on the Italian islands, UK and USA and this is really clear on the website. We told you that you can send the package on your own and we will refund the order.   Very poorly made shoes, poorly fitting and extremely bad customer services. I've actually contacted the company twice now and no response. What makes it worse as knowing such eco friendly brand really are not that nice and don't support uk customers when there has been a problem. These shoes which I've taken photo in are not even good enough to lounge in as they are so big and rub. No compensation for wasting my time or money has been offered.

  Lovely shoes, good quality, but slightly on the smaller side, so I would advise going a size up when ordering. Good service, prompt delivery.

  Unfortunately the boots were delivered with shoelaces that didn't match the online photo. I have to say though that they offered me to return them and get reimbursed.
