Verified reviewOne pair of shoes is two colors. when I sent an email to them, they replied that they would send me a new one and given me the colors they have, I chose one, but after that they said they couldn't do that, return the money, I said yes, but up to now, I didn't receive this return; by the way, I have been charged nearly 70 pounds for the tax from FEDEX, I asked them to settle this matter to contact with FedEx, because I paid all of the money no any extra costs, but they ignore it, I don't know how can I do that.

Verified reviewHad to prepay via bank transfer. First shipment "disappeared", and one of the selected products was not available for the replacement shipment, so had to pick a larger size which is OK but not ideal. Customer Service was very friendly and efficient, and did all she could to help out.
