    Even though the product (trainers) was available on the website, later on after I paid for that and other trainers, it appeared one of them was sold out. There was no clear information from customer service what colours were available in reality, as the website appeared to be unreliable. My parcel was vastly delayed and till the end I wasn’t sure if I’m going to get one or two pairs of trainers. It wasn’t my first order (I have had 10 pairs of trainers) but the first time I was unhappy with the process!

    I have very narrow yet long feet and Old Blossom (with an insert) fit me perfectly. I now have two colours. I tried other styles, but all are too wide. I appreciate Natural World Eco Shop allowing me to try different styles.
