Verified reviewThe order arrived after 11 days. I usually wear 43. When I received my order (Old Ginger Boots 43), they were too small. I emailed the company to ask what my return/refund options are. They replied they won't accept any returns from the UK.

Verified reviewdespite the English website claiming orders will be delivered in 72 hours, my order took 9 days to arrive The 2 pairs of shoes were both a 41, yet one pair fitted and the other were too tight I would like to return one of them but they say NO RETURNS - I didn't know this was allowed and I wouldn't have ordered them if it was clear before I bought them

Thank you for the review. As stated on the checkout we dont have control over customs so after the Brexit we cant control when they take a parcel under investigation. In this case, yours was detained at customs and that is why the shipment took longer. In regards to the returns, on the terms and conditions it is really clear that we dont accept returns from the UK. Still, You could also have asked if in doubt before ordering. Thank you!

So don't advertise a 72 hour delivery to the UK on your website and don't use brexit as an excuse but put an accurate time frame down then you won't receive customer complaints

72 hours is 3 days my order took 9 days that is not a "minor" delay Also you do not look good as a company challenging your customers' complaints, everything I have stated is factually accurate.

We are merely elucidating the sequence of events as they transpired. Taking into account that courier services do not operate during weekends, the shipment timeline is as follows: The order was dispatched on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Subsequently, on Tuesday 24th it underwent a temporary hold at customs, with clearance being granted on Friday, August 25th. Following this, disregarding the weekend days of Saturday and Sunday, the shipment remained in transit for a duration of two and a half days, ultimately reaching its destination on Wednesday, August 30th. Verified reviewMy order took two weeks to be delivered despite the website quoting "72 to 96 hrs for orders shipped outside of Spain". In addition, I contacted NaturalWorld to ask about the refund/exchange policy as the shoes were far too big, and had no response from them at all. A very poor experience and I would not recommend.

Verified reviewThe shipping was fast but the delivery, although on time, was confusing because I kept receiving delivery notifications from an unknown number with an unknown order number that didn't match the information I received via email. It seemed like a scam, but in the end, everything turned out fine. I just believe that the communication regarding the delivery could be improved.
