We believe this situation is becoming excessive. We have not declined any review. It seems as you are the one who has declined your first review. To clarify, I am posting here the initial response we provided to your previous review in which you claimed that we had not responded to your emails: We have check out inbox and we dont have any email from you. Order was placed on Monday 6/9/2023, shipped on Tuesday 7th of September and you got it Tuesday 12th of september. So not sure what is the enquiry in regards this order. Also, please confirm to which email account you sent the email as, as said before, we dont have any email from your. Also, your email on IG pictures was: Awful awful and awful company. I will advertise this everywhere. They are basically scammers. I ordered two shoes a couple of days ago. No tracking info, gives error all the time. Left a message from the website, no return. Is this how you treat UK customers? They are playing deaf and dumb and I am sure they are not going to get back to me. But you know why? If you are advertising as the perfect natural shoe brand, try to retain and gain your customers instead of acting like this. I will make bad advertisement of this company everywhere. You can be sure about that! And our reply was: Could you please let us know the order number to check? We reply to all emails so quite strange you didnt get any answer from us. In fact, Thank you But again, NEVER had any reply from your side. Thank you

Verified reviewJ'ai passé commande pour la première fois, en me référant au pointure j'ai donc pris 42, mal heureusement une fois reçu à la maison, trop petite... j'ai donc demandé une pointure au dessus, j ai reçu en moins de 24h le bon de retour. Et par la suite j'ai eu la bonne pointure, ca a pris presque 2 semaines, le temps qu'ils recoivent et renvoyent mais rien a dire, les chaussures sont légère, et content que ce soit " vegan" car j'adore la couleur rouge, mais quand ce n est pas vegan c est souvent des poux écrasé... bonne continuation à vous et merci de proposer des produits "sain"

Verified reviewThe size of the shoes (same size as previous purchase) came too small. I asked for a replacement via the website and everything went perfectly: they came to collect the shoes and brought others (in the next size up) shortly afterwards.

Verified reviewThere is no option to return them and this was not made clear at the point of purchase. The boots were too small and now I am stuck with them. I do not recommend.
