The first page of the uk site needs to say that returns are not possible - who buys shoes without trying them on??

Ordered a size 43 but shoe was much smaller than average size 43. Asked to exchange and was told no as returns from uk not accepted. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF ORDERING FRON THE UK

It was actually very difficult to see this unless you specifically seek it out. You had to send me the details when I originally queried this with you. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend customers from the UK using you as they will face the same problem unless they read this review.
