Thank you for the review. As clearly stated on the online store the 5 euros for the original shipping are not refundable. When returning a package we do refund the shoes amount but not the original shipping costs. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions. Thank you!

It doesn’t matter whether or not you add it on your website. According to European law you are obliged to refund the shipping cost as well, in case the whole order is returned: https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm. So putting this on your website, in the terms and conditions, is against the law.

Verified reviewShoes were good but far too small. I returned by tracked post from UK to Spain. The tracking tells me there was no one to accept the parcel. Despite several messages to the company with details of courier, and asking to rearrange delivery, I've had no response. Not impressed.

Thanks to Natural World for getting back to me. It seems there was an excess charge from the Post Office on my shoe return, which i why they could not be accepted. I would give the actual shoes 4 stars - but make sure you size up to the next size!!

Verified reviewShoes did not fit. I had to return them and pay the postage myself which amounted to about half the value of the shoes. I emailed to point out that the shoes also had a flaw but have had no response. It has been over a week and I have also not received a refund
