When a student makes an inquiry, you receive the relevant details and have the opportunity to contact the learner directly and arrange a first trial lesson. My recent experience was especially memorable. Three days ago, I received a trial lesson request from a medical student studying in Hungary. I approved the request immediately, and we had our lesson that evening. We had a wonderful session discussing DNA, the genome, and related biochemistry concepts. The following day, I received a 5-star review from the learner, highlighting the value of the lesson, the after-lesson notes, and the additional explanations I provided. As a tutor, moments like this are deeply fulfilling. Seeing a learner appreciate your effort and leave the lesson with a better understanding is one of the reasons I enjoy teaching.
