Verified reviewThis platform has helped with the visibility of my business and you have good and some other worriesome customers too but in general the good ones are stable and consistent. There's only a need to review the prices as the rate in 2017 wouldn't work in 2026 limiting the growth and personal standards giving to tutors , also more authentication and verifications for major users about their seriousness a need for strict follow up. Some client will not reply or respond after accepting there request and you're expected to leave reviews. I will recommend superprof to more tutors ...

Verified reviewA few things are good and others need improvement. The site needs to be a lot more user friendly. It is usually difficult to navigate around. An example is the message part where you accept offer for lesson, it keeps jumping around and should not be so. Again, something should be done from your end to project your tutors as experts or authorities so parents can pay well. You know that when people pay well, they value the service. I get it that you do not have any standard for accepting tutors so as to filter the good from the bad, perhaps that is why. I still believe you can find a way around it. A few or some of us are really good or should I say exceptional, and we want parents to pay for our value. I suggest that you find a way to fish out your best tutors and project them well so parents can pay them well. It is good for your brand too. Let me stop here! You guys are doing great, I must confess. The quick replies to my numerous emails and your amazing considerations are top-notch. Thank you specially, Natalia for always giving me detailed and timely replies even though they come slightly late some times; but it's all good. Thank you all. I love you!

Verified reviewSince I joined superprof.ng, I have gotten amazing clients for my chemistry tutoring service. What I love about the organization are the seamless nature of their processes and their transparency. Unlike other online tutoring platforms, superprof.ng gives teachers opportunity to meet and negotiate with clients without any interference. The several feedback mechanisms provided for teachers and clients also show their commitment to continual improvement. I have recommended superprof.ng for many colleagues and associates and they are happy with the experience they are getting. One way that the team can improve is to update tutor's recommendations regularly and promptly in order to boost their visibility. Also, there is the need to upgrade the maximum amount of fee a tutor can charge (which is #5,000) so as to align with current global economic realities. Thank you, superprof.ng for making my work as a tutor worthwhile. You are truly the best!

Verified reviewIt's been sweet using Superprof. I have gotten one lesson already and one more is on its way. The parents promised to start by January and I'm hoping they do. Aside that through my first parent. There's also a referral for another lesson. It's been great using super prof. I am giving 3 stars because I was expecting to get more lesson requests than I have gotten so far. So I'm hoping to get more. Yeah.
