Verified reviewI was very afraid of delivery as their chosen partner has 11 thousand reviews and all of them negative. Fortunately for Belgium it was DPD that took over and delivery was fantastically easy. Everything went smoothly and the whole process from ordering to delivery took only a couple of days. Product as described, one thing I didn't like was lack of information on the box about composition, the kind of leather used etc. Size a bit too big, but that's the problem with their shoes, they have sizing all over the place.

Verified reviewThe sizes come up a bit small. Always worn a 43 with every boot/shoe I’ve bought in 30 years. These rub quite a lot. Had to take soles out to wear. Really like them though, so have ordered a 44!

Verified reviewI have bought from Natural World before and everything went very well and I was delighted. Very recently I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived I realised that I had ordered the wrong ones so I placed another order for the correct shoes. They arrived and I am delighted with them. My problem is that I want to return the pair that I wrongly ordered but am being told that I have to make sure that I pay any taxes or the package will not be delivered so I wouldn’t get a refund. How do I know what the taxes are? Can someone advise me please.
