The site offers an easy purchase of a decent product but that's where it ends. If you are buying from the UK – BEWARE : the shoes will come up a couple of sizes too small (the size guide is unreliable), and although your order confirmation will say that the company accepts returns it omits the fact that RETURNS FROM THE UK ARE NOT POSSIBLE. Don't expect to find a mention of it on the site or expect to get a response to an email or a phone enquiry. These are expensive sneakers– if you must have them be extra careful– or better still shop elsewhere.

I have not received my order yet & tried tracking the parcel but Seur claim not to have received the order. I tried tracking this a few days ago when it stated the item was in customs? Really wanted these shoes so what can you do to rectify this? Thank you
