  To enter and exit the car park, my license plate was not scanned and recognized automatically to allow the barrier to open. There was totaly collapse with exit and I spent 1 hour to get out.

  I have been using this service since 2019 and in general the service is excellent. The only disappointment I had was during my last travel in August, where I paid for covered parking service but noticed that my car was left at external spot.

  In the early days this system was sometimes a little puzzling. Finding the code to enter the car park. With upgrades and added clarity everything is much better. I did notice on the app when you search you cannot obtain a list of parking available ..just a map. It would be better if you could search by price, location and characteristics.

  Impossible to find a person at the parking when I had to leave. No answer on any phone number. Had to pay my ticket at the machine even though it was already paid online in order to be able to leave the parking. Waiting for refund. Unpleasant experience.

  The fact that it’s only single entry is not clearly signaled. I booked for 12 days and paid a large sum, but the next thing I know is that my booking was effectively over the morning after, when i exited with the car.

  As mentioned by previous users, the address provided is not correct, the entrance to the car park is on Wasserwerkstrasse at no. 6. Once that is clear, the process is super easy, punch in your parking code and you can drive in. The drive into the car park is a little narrow but parking is easy. You need to enter the Marriott Hotel from the car park, take an elevator up and walk across the skywalk of the hotel, take the escalator down and you are back on street level. I did not have to go through the hotel but turned right after the escalator down and was on the street right opposite the entrance into the car park (and hence took the same way back at the end of the parking).
