  Experiencia buena. No tuve problemas al entrar ni al salir, y el párquing es muy amplio con una ubicación excelente. Además, el trabajador de la garita es muy atento. Lo único malo, es que a través de la aplicación de onepark el párquing no te lee la matrícula y te toca escanear un código que te dan en la garita.

  Problem finding the parking office and problem finding the attendant. The office is mot signposted. When I got there it was empty and locked. Call the number on the door but could hear telephone ringing inside office so no answer. Eventually attendant arrived and exit ticket given. Then all was fine but the whole process took about 20 to 30 minutes so a long delay getting out the parking.

  Car park was in a very good location, close to the arc and Eiffel Tower. It was a bit small even for my hatchback so SUV or saloons will struggle. But other than that it was a great parking experience

  We had a great experience with this parking location in the Avenue Giuseppe Motta. Plenty of space, wide entrance gate, clear directions in the confirmation email, smooth check in- and -out processes. No problem with finding the way in and out, including the pedestrian road. Clean staircase - for sure not that clean as at one’s home, but very decent for a public garage. So I cannot share the bad experiences the others mention. At first, after reading the reviews, I was scared a bit, but there were no other options for a reasonable price, so we just went for this parking company. I am really happy we did that.

  It took three attempts for the verification for the bank to be accepted, it was quite frustrating as it kept coming up as zero payment ,,, luckily it finally went through at the correct amount, we are just hoping that we HAVE NOT paid multiple times !

  Once I had an understanding of the valet service, the process of booking went OK. I did have one comment in that once the credit card (0€) had been validated, I was assuming the reservation had been made. In fact I had to go through a second step and confirm all the flights, car etc details. This could be made clearer up front.

  Overall good, but in one of the carparks of valet parking some small change, I forgot in the car got stolen, so I don't want to know what else they did in or with my car. Didn't feel too good. That happened in Lisbon on my booking there.

  The location of the parking did not exist, when following the mail directions, they’ve sent me to the middle of the road, I’ve searched the 10 parkings closest to the location that has been sent to me via mail, and non of them was te good one, I lost my plane because of it, and had to pay another parking plus another plane.

  1. I used two parking Lots, and the cameras of both parking lots did not recognize my plate number. It caused very inconvenient situations and wasted time. 2. I use it for business and private purposes, so I need to pay with two different credit cards. However, the system allows only one card registration. It also causes an inconvenience when changing cards.

  When I booked I received a code from you and assumed that this was for entry into the carpark. When we go there I did not know what to do with the code and I put the registration into the pay metre and it gave me a ticket which had no exit time or payment on it. I was now late for my train. I spent the whole day worrying that I would come back to a fine or worse a clamp on my car or my car towed away. It ruined my day. Your instructions are not clear enough and should be improved. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, je ne savais pas quoi faire avec le code et j'ai mis l'enregistrement dans le compteur et il m'a donné un ticket qui n'avait pas d'heure de sortie ou de paiement.
