  It's good in general. Bot it is not so easy to use at last time for this reasons: 1. it was difficult to find parking according to the description of the parking on the website and in the booking 2. I couldn't get into the parking lot on my own, unlike the previous times. I had to communicate with an employee in the parking, who let me in manually himself. And he wrote out a parking key according to the description of the reservation that I showed in the application

  It did not work. The garage did not open for my license plate. You book this service to make everything relaxed and planned. And it really gave me a lot of stress after a long drive to Paris. The way back home we had to wait really long for the helpdesk so we can get out of the garage. It really should have opened in the beginning. Also everything in French and not in English which is really weird and old fashioned.

  Easy to find parking (if you know its part of a hotel). Clearly marked parking spots and very good experience. Location is great if you need to take the bus. Friendly staff at the hotel. Would book again!

  I needed to modify the time and that was impossible. The park place was no longer available. Then I tried to change the parking but for the payment the app was asking me to confirm payment with the bard checker which I don't take with me when travelling. So finally somebody from the company had to book for me on a Sunday...

  Ther is one thing . Nowhere is mentioned wher the pick-up will find place. as far i figued it will be the Express parking site. in you directions you speak of picture 2 but that is on some parking site outside the airport . Picture 1 shoud be correct.

  Extremely easy to find and reserve space in the parking lot I wanted near the Bordeaux airport. The reservations are changeable and refundable if needed. We’ve used onepark several times with no problems.

  Einfahrt ohne Probleme. Ausfahrt funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Die Schranke öffnete sich nach Eingabe des Codes nicht. Bei Bandansage bei der angegebenen Notfallnummer war derart schlecht zu verstehen, dass man so keine Hilfe bekommen konnte. Der Rezeptionist des Hotels hatte Mühe, unser Problem zu verstehen. Letztlich gab er uns aber doch ein Ausfahrticket. Alles in allem ein sehr unerfreuliches Erlebnis...

  Well described, very clean and sufficient space per car. rented spaces were a bit unclear as paper signs were partly damaged. The price was fair, location and parking process well described. All in all I can really recommend this parking space.

  Booking was fine and I had enough information (although it was mixed French & English). However it took a long time to get in as the keypad was broken. Others I spoke to at the site were aware of it. The help phone number was closed (6pm). Eventually after about 45 mins to 1 hour somebody helped me by going in the pedestrian entrance and opening the car entrance door. It was also quite difficult getting out. This needs attention!

  A nightmare from start to finish. I booked to park in Valencia airport for 36 hours and upon arrival there was not signage or anything to indicate where to park. As I had a flight to catch I parked with a ticket and looked for an attendant but found the booth closed for rebuilding and now response from the call button on the ticket machine. Now upon trying to get my money back from this company I’m asked to provide so many unnecessary documents and proof it’s insane Do yourself a favour and choose another company
