  We got locked in for over an hour! The help desk was no help. We ended up paying for extra packing to get another code, that didn’t work. Other car park users also had trouble getting in and out as codes weren’t working! Eventually someone from B&B hotels managed to open the doors.

  Very easy to book and so far very efficient and reliable in big cities (Rome, Florence and Nice) to secure our car with luggage. Totally recommend the app to anyone driving in touristic areas. Search for suburban areas with public transport nearby (tram, metro) that can take you to the town centre within minutes.

  The parking is very small, turns are very tight, no room to manoeuvre. Luckily my car is small but you can see from the walls many people damage their vehicles. Wouldn't recommend

  Parking house was nice and clean. Loading stations for electric cars was quite slow. To came in automatic didn´t work, so far ok. But to leave is a mess! There are almost no english speaking persons and You need to talk to them, to come out! There is a lot to change for good!

  I followed the coordinates provided on the Onepark site which was incorrect. I could not find the specific parking lot that I paid for in Malaga at the Train Station. After several attempts and being delayed, we had to choose another parking lot some distance away. I have written to Onepark customer service several days ago, to attempt to get a refund for the three days paid for. I have not received any acknowledgement of the email and I consider that to be very poor Service.
