  Great parking right across from the train. Our only issue was the gate. The hotel wasn't open when we arrived and a gate code was not provided at check-in. 2 helpful men from the hotel (guests or employees??) had the code and let us in. Other than that everything was perfect.

  Your website has some faults . Asking for my return flight it would not accept the correct return date, but only the leaving date. So now I will have to verify with Boxxinn the correct return flight and date

  Initialially I was doubtful about booking a parking place with Onepark as I'd never heard of them. However as they could supply a secure parking spot just where I wanted I gave it a go. It worked well. No problems and the price was good. I'll us them again.

  Very bad. I came at the parking, and the clerk told me still they have no news about the reservation. So he told me to take a normal ticket and explain the issue at the end of the day to the next clerk. When I returned, the night shift clerk told me I had no reservation for that parking and I had to pay the ticket. So I paid two times! I want my money back, how can I proceed?

  Ease of use with the exception of the booking times. Maybe it was a browser/cache issue on my mobile but it took me a few attempts to get the booking times correct. Twice previously I had no issues, so it could well be user error. Otherwise, Onepark is great for me.

  I parked my motor here for two weeks, when I came back I saw that the cover was removed and that someone demolished my side cases. In the parking garage there where more cars that were demolished
