  RUN AWAY! They will give you one of three locations, and by the time you arrive, there may be no one. If you call them, they will tell you to come to one of the locations, and in my case, it was 15 15-minute drive away. As I was late for my flight, I made a claim. Then the boss said I’m crazy and spit on my car. Even after signing the contract, the boss kicked me out and gave me a partial refund only. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

  Easy to find the parking site. The reception and transfer to the airport approx 8mins smooth and efficient. Return to the carpark for collection. Telephoned the number given to us at drop off. The collection process was great considering the language barrier. The driver arrived promptly

  Mostly well, though it is not very reassuring having noone in the parking when out of hours. Otherwise, I don't find reasonable being charged for exceeding the end of reservation time in half an hour, moreover when the online price was exactly the same

  The car entrance address is wrong. There were enough free spaces. There were sufficient amount of signs showing the correct floor to park. The red/green light at the entrance were covered with plants, hard to see.

  Car park was at a 5 min walk from the tram and there was no direct tram to the airport. I would suggest to improve the instructions on how to get to the airport from the car park. Entry/exit from the car park was smooth using the code provided and email communication before and after the use of the car park were good. Cost to get to the airport from the car park using public transport is 7 CHF each way per person so don’t forget to include this is cost as an alternative parking facility may work out cheaper overall.

  Very satisfied. I was able to park my VW caravelle in P1 at Geneva airport just outside the entrance and collect it from the parking area underground. The whole experience was very easy and convenient. The cost was higher than other options nearby the airport but for the ability to park van and the convenience was worth it. For a car I will still park at one of the hotels nearby with free shuttle service just on the lower cost.
