  As always, booking and using the car park at the aéroport du sud Carcassonne were completely unproblematic. In addition, when I had a subsequent problem and couldn’t collect my car in time, Fabien at customer service was wonderfully efficient and could not have been more helpful.

  needed to find parking near daughter's uni accommodation for picking up her and her belongings. website made it easy to find suitable neary-by parking. Arrival entry and exit instructions crystal clear. Parking itself was a hotelcar park so very clean, safe and secure, so I was able to load up car knowing the belongings would be safe and car park itself was immaculate, even had access to hotel toilet and cafe bar etc.

  The space that I paid for was inaccessible by car; there was construction from one side and bollards on the other. I was not able to use the space and I emailed customer service and have had no response and no refund. I am very unhappy with my experience.

  on Effie site no parking space available, on onepark site obviously there was parking space available. Confusing! But once booked everything worked very well, from the day I parked until my return and left the parking area.

  The parking was ok and the employees allowed to use their toilet. But I had to pay twice: - the first time during the online booking - the second, when I departed from the parking, as my car plates were not recognized and I was in too much hurry to argue with the parking staff.

  The parking lot is located near the Louvre museum. We left a new car for 4 nights. Entry and exit was a QR code. The garage is clean and has security. Our recommendations.

  Booking was easy, but their system needs some attention regarding handling timezones. Multiple bookings were changed from the times I entered as assumingly the local time of the facility, to the timezone of my device. There should be a time zone selector, or they should store all datetime values as UTC or the timezone of the facility. The time fixes i needed to make caused a cancelation and rebooking, which generated one time fees each time. I reached out to customer service and was told they could make the fix for me... which meant they did the cancel/rebook with fees...sigh.
