  A good parking experience. Our only bad experience is that we were not able to use the pedestrian entrance since the numpad is removed. We had to use main gate to retrieve our car.

  It was very quick and clear to book. Great location and very good price for parking in the centre of Paris. It seemed safe, in a beautiful hotel garage. We travelled in a minibus, we fit. Perhaps they could change it to have a filtering option for height when searching for parking. If there is one and I couldn't find it, I apologize, thanks for everything!

  Parking is not easy to find. Traffic sugn only tell [P] but not which one. There’s a lot of work on streets in Barcelona. 3 different navs couldn’t get us to P Eden. Even the police who was very kind to guide us to P Eden had to search and violated several traffic rules to get us there. Parkingspaces are to small for a modern car.

  I use Onepark frequently to reserve airport parking in ZRH. From time to time, the entry or exit keypads will not work and require phoning them up and obtaining assistance from the car park operators. The shuttle service experience with my preferred car park is not satisfactory because of long service interruptions due to drivers' pauses during an afternoon rush hour

  The garage of Easy hotel in Malaga was difficult to access. You need to go into a small car lift. Going out of the garage you need to turn the car and go backward into the lift. I don't think every driver can do that. On the other hand, once the car is parked, it is very safe and cool.

  I wanted to reserve from the 30/12 to the 07/02 evening but could not . The message was the car park is closed on some days of the booking. After some experimentation I could book to the 06/02 but I still don't know why the extra day was not possible.

  I was visiting Lisbon on holiday and looking for a garage to park my car. I tried another parking app, but after investing a lot of time, it had no inventory. I then found OnePark, and they had several good locations with a range of prices. The directions to find the garage were good, and the the team at the garage knew about OnePark and were friendly and helpful. Good experience!!

  Easy to find, easy to pay, fair price. We had 3 nights stay for our car and found it spottles and safe when we returned. Excellent place to park the car as we were going to Paris and didn’t want to rake our car there. Close to metro was a pluss.

  I booked a covered spot, but the provider moved my car to an uncovered spot. On my return, I had a massive dried up bird dropping on the roof of my car, which left a visible mark after cleaning. Onepark kindly refunded half the cost, which was nice, but it is a shame that a scammy parking provider is offered on their website.

  I there is no information on how to park for those with disabilities who hold a disability parking badge. The nearest car parks are full so I’m parked in the furthest car park although I am aware that there are disabled spaces available in closer car parks.
