  There was not any office or somebody WHO helped us in the parking.At the Alhambra entrance a lady said she did not know where is parking office.We had to pay the fee (car number 1915 MMG).Your service is not correct,in the future I won't book parking .

  I expected a higher price in the very middle of Paris. The parking lot seemed clean and there were security personnel. The entrance and about 100m+ way to the parking spots is relatively narrow and be aware of the (I think) 1,80m height restriction. If that's of no concern this lot seemed perfect, even (or especially) during the Olympics.

  The overall service was very good. Fantastic location (under Gard du Nord); secure; well maintained and worked as advertised. What could be better is letting people where the on-site office is in the event people need assistance (e.g. if they incorrectly press the "validate" button when getting as ticket to enter the car park).

  Booking was easy enough, straight forward, the parking itself was not great, but no problem with the service!! Parking was poor - over packed car park on poor terrain and the car after only one night came back filthy - covered in snails and crickets!!! On arrival back to Paris the bus service was slow and crowded and then my car was not even ready. It added on over an hour to my travel time. Disappointing.

  Overall easy process, reliable provider, no issues with the shuttle service: quick & on time. Return driver not very friendly: when pointing out the fact that we were too many for the Van (10 people for 8 available places), he replied "if you are not happy, you can take a taxi. It's no VIP service here".

  I received confirmation of my registration. I received a request for the review, I received the confirmation text. I did NOT receive the booking code by email, so was unable to enter the car park and had to pay a normal ticket price. Basically ripped off €10.

  I have used this platform multiple times, and it was never recognised on the site where I parked. I always had to chat with personnel on-site, who don't always speak English and try to sort out something they wanted to avoid.

  There wasn't a single empty space in the reserved numbers there. Customer service was unresponsive, we missed the Olympic games we booked and had to find a new parking lot. Worst experience ever.

  Booking online was easy, my flight was early 03.45, but the representatives answered the phone promptly, spoke good English and picked up the vehile quickly. On my return it was just as efficient. Very impressive, took the stress out of airport parking. Would recommend.

  In advanced everything went smooth. But because of the Olympics the parking wasn’t easy to access. When we came back around 23:00h. The code did not work! This happened also to other people which were there. The number of Onepark wasn’t working at night. Thanks to another security whom I called by the intercom next to Onepark the door went open. And we could leave.

  The listing was misleading as I thought you could leave and return multiple times during the booking period. Has this been clearer would have awarded full stars. We left at 20:00 to drop wife and daughter at moulin rouge however intended to return car to space until leaving finally to collect them after show.

  Paris is a popular tourist destination but no English speaking staff. At least there should be step by step guide and instructions printed at entry and exit of car parks. No clear instructions anywhere. otherwise good parking and close to sightseeing.

  The parking location used previously (‘lido’) did not appear on the app map. The app didn’t recognise me as a previous customer. The app asks for ‘landing’ date and does not accept booking but when ‘departure’ date put in place of ‘departure’ date then booking was accepted.
