  The entry code was not accepted at arrival, due to malfunction of the system. I've entered with a parking ticket and at the hotel reception they registered my entry. I exited from the parking already with the code, without any problem.

  When I arrived at the parking spot, the door wouldn't open. I tried all the codes from the emails and the app, but none of the codes matched any of the entry devices at the entrance to the underground parking lot (the same codes later worked when leaving the parking lot). I called the listed support number, but no one picked up the phone. I was helped by a French-speaking passerby who called the local parking lot attendant, who let me in.

  there is no ventilation in the parking lot, and it was not clear to me how to use the codes to enter and leave. There are about 5 keypads and they do not have display. In the end I probably needed to put the code in when leaving the garage, at the gate.

  Great experience. Booked online, paid straight away, location was way to find and only 13 mins walk to the Eiffel tower.2 hours cost 6.90 euros so that was a great price too compared to other location prices. We would highly recommend

  Very easy to book, and my former car was still in your database. Quite easy to refind my latest booking. However, when I got my bank review, it marked One Park Paris. Being in Paris quite otten without booking parkings, I thought it was fraude on my Visa, so I blocked my credit cards. You should notity somewhere Beauvais (in my case) or all af the other sites on the bank extracts. Thank you.

  I booked parking at 6 CITÉ BEAUHARNAIS Paris and it was excellent. The car park was very secure and the parking places a good size and it was easy to find. The codes I was sent worked and there were plenty of the allotted spaces available. Only point I would raise is that the booking stated the parking was on -2 but there was only one level down. Well signed for Onepark so I was confident it was the correct level. Would highly recommend Onepark and in particular this car park

  Unfortunately, the location provided wasn’t accurate. We tried both Google and Waze and it was wrong for both. There was no car park there. We ended up having to park somewhere else and figure out where we were and do our own investigation to find it. Seeing it was not where it was listed on the app, it was frustrating because we would have chose a different location if we would have known.

  Easy, quite close to city center, easy to reach, easy booking procedure. Pity the in and out is unique. It would be perfect if customers may book a specific formula for being able to enter and exit the parking place several times a day

  Great & friendly staff - they took full responsibility and understanding of my situation of driving from Rome to Naples at a very early hour of the morning and had my car ready to pick up before leaving for the airport. Very thankful for this and would definitely come here again if I’m to visit Rome in the future.

  It was good but I could not get into the pedestrian gate, the number provided for the door didn't work as the code has letters but the keypad didn't so don't know how it works. But overall good experience stayed 6,5 hours and paid €14.62.

  Parking très bien, et sûr. Nous avons cela dit fait en sorte de ne rien laisser de visible dans l’habitacle. Par contre l'organisation laisse à désirer. Nous avons réservé et payé trois jours en ligne, Mais nous avons dû prendre un ticket en arrivant car la barrière ne s’ouvrait pas malgré la caméra. Nous sommes allés voir le gardien pour clarifier la situation qui nous a dit pas de problème la barrière s’ouvrira en sortant il y a des caméras. La barrière ne s’est pas ouverte en sortant, heureusement le gardien était là pour l’ouvrir. Moralité il faut sortir lorsque le gardien est présent lorsqu’une réservation est faite en ligne sinon la barrière ne s’ouvre pas.
