The box for not knowing the license plate of an upcoming rental car is greyed out so I can't book a future reservation. Also, your app's "search" feature lets me find one of your car parks, and I can put in my dates and times, but then the app doesn't do anything with that information. There's no "Go" or whatever button.

To ensure top-notch service, we sometimes need a bit more information, like your car model, license plate, or even flight/train numbers. If you don't have them handy when booking, just go ahead and type "TBC" (To Be Confirmed) in those fields. One little thing: If your car park uses automatic license plate recognition, the license plate must be locked in at booking, so no "TBC" magic there—be sure to have it ready! With respect to car parks that use automatic license plate recognition, it sounds like I cannot reserve a parking spot in advance if I don't know the rental car's license plate, but that means I run the risk of the car park filling up before I get my rental car. That's why I like to reserve my spot in advance, so I won't be stuck without a place to park my car once I get it from the rental company. It would be helpful if we could still reserve a spot in advance, but that we'd have to go into our booking online and enter the license plate once we know it and before we try to park for the first time. The directions to the parking were very good, I would have rated the overall experience as excellent except for one item. The instructions said not to use the hotel parking but the other allocated spaces, aside from spaces allocated to car rental companies it was unclear as to where to park (Hotel or non hotel spaces) other than this very good.

Typically Italian style of parking. Make a reservation up front ( often not needed), drive in, leave your key and they will park your car. Benefit is that it is securely stored and your have a more personal service. Compared to the other bad reviews for public parking garages or outside on the street, this way is much saver. Ive used this method in the past and this will be my preferred approach here in Italy.

This is one of the worst services I've ever had. There was zero customer service available when I couldn't find the location which resulted in me NEVER using the space or even entering the parking location. When I asked for even a partial refund, customer service told me to go pound sand and accused me of lying. Additionally, essentially called me stupid for not being able to find the spot. So not only was customer service non respondent when parking, they call you a liar and show no remorse for any issues during your reservation. I am reporting this Company and the individual customer service reps. By far the worst Company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I booked to park my Tesla model Y. The car park has a narrow road that on Sat nav indicated that it was nor suitable for traffic. We drove up a narrow street and the turning into this car park was very tight for my car. This as it turned was the easy bit. The space that was allocated for me was 5 levels down. The turns are extremely tight to maneuver a standard car size and above. If you have something compact you should be OK. I had to ask my daughter to guide me as we tried to maneuver the car through the tight corners. It's took us 40min, i scratched and damaged my wheels. The ceiling is low too and the actual car park space is sloped at the front so you have to park forward. Leaving the car park was equally stressful. Please don't park in this car park if you have a SUV or large car.

iPhone application is buggy. Can't go through the booking process. (Next button doesn't work, although I filled all the info). While I was filling the form, I switched between apps on the phone and when I returned to the OnePark app, it forgot where I was. Search is terrible (iPhone app and web app). When I search an airport, it should immediately offer places nearby. Instead, it gives me the impression that nothing is availalbe.

Booking was easy. The problem was the access to the parking. You are told that there would be plate recognition to access the parking but it is not correct. You need a QR code which we had to get inside in the office. So I would suggest that you send the QR code by email.
