Verified reviewThe booking was fast & easy. Great! The entrance to the parking is very small, be sure your vehicle is really only 2m in width and 1,9m height. The code worked well on the car door, but it did not work on the pedestrian entrance. We needed someone to let us in before we could get to the car.

Verified reviewBooked the car park at the Hilton Gemeva Airport. Poorly signposted and difficult to find, very bad car park. Only two tiny spaces available, barely big enough for a small city car let alone a mid size or full size one. I expect to return to my car to find it dented and scratched. For approx. CHF18/day this is lousy value for money. Never again.

Verified reviewStraightforward booking procedure. The actual car park I booked I would not use again as it appeared to be the car park for a neighbouring derelict hotel and I was surprised with a flat tyre on my return as there was debris in the carpark including the giant screw I drove over.

Verified reviewI have used Onepark on numerous occasions and now I go straight to the site whenever I am travelling and I always book the same car park a few minutes walk from Avignon station. So far, everything has gone perfectly smoothly and I am a very satisfeid customer!

Verified reviewPlease write more clearly or "bigger" (I could not find it easily) on the booking Website what happens if the time reserved exceeds/if you arrive later. I tried to extend the booking which was not possible, but a new reservation could only be made for one hour later.

Verified reviewShuttle service every 30 minutes is just too slow, and walking to the airport by foot with luggages is really a poor experience. On top, they charge you for 4€ per person !! per direction !!!... Where in most airports a shuttle service comes for free, here not only you pay, but the bus shuttle is not even equipped with luggage boxes,.... A shame for a public airport.
