I am very disappointed with the service as the code did not work on the day of Parking. They did not pick the call to help. It was raining and i could not find other parking on the busy streets of Paris. The same issue happened with my other friends when I shared my experience.

When I wanted to sélect arrival date and time, in must of the cases, the girls to change were out of the screen area and there was no ways to scroll. It took me 15-20 attempts to enter dates and times.... and it is still not clear to me how to do it.

Would NEVER use again - paid and booked, turned up to be told by very rude Spanish people, the carpark is overbooked and I couldn't park there. Showed them my booking and proof of payment and they advised they had told onepark to stop booking cars in but they hadn't listened - still waiting for a refund, which lets be honest I'm not going to get! DON'T USE

Address was easy to find, codes were correct, and signage inside the parking garage were easy to follow to ensure one parks in the correct spots. Signs on how to exit on foot or car were also clear! This garage had it right!
