  The app works well. A crash during registration was a bit annoying, but it worked perfectly after a restart. Compared to other apps, the information is very clear, and the menu navigation is very intuitive. The only shortcoming is something that unfortunately ALL of these apps have, which are often needed very quickly and at short notice: they are time-consuming to use. I fully understand the security-critical passages, such as master data, account numbers, password etc., as well as the EU data protection guidelines. Nonetheless, I hope that at some point a provider will be “brave” and “innovative” enough to quickly fulfil the need e.g. “Now I'm standing in the city at a certain spot in my car and want to park." So immediately an offer nearby and the opportunity to confirm and accept it, immediately the authorization to park, and then afterwards all the formalities. And yes, I'm aware about the opportunities of abuse, but as mentioned: I hope for innovation and courage. Again: this is not an explicit criticism of OnePark, not at all!!! They are just as good and sometimes even better than their competitors.

  The site is fine. But the parking lot was not staffed, or assisted in any way. So when there was no power to the wall mounted key code unit, and it did not function to allow me to retrieve my car, I had to figure out the puzzle myself, which took nearly an hour - leaving my family stranded at the airport whilst they waited for me. Will not use again.

  I like the way the different car parks were presented with distance from my hotel and price. I also liked that I was allowed to make the reservation although I don't know the rental car details yet. I would have liked to be able to read the reviews. Could not figure out how to do so.

  very simple to do a booking and very convenient , and so close to station Only fault is that the map does not accurately show the positon of the parking garage correctly, so a bit confusing the first time, should show pic of the parking garage which you are booking
