  You need to REGISTER a credit card at their site, even if you are parking only once. Moreover you need to enter an address, which is very convenient info for thieves combined with the days you reserve a parking at the airport… (Thankfully the address is not verified, you can enter Grande Place 1).

  With a rental car you don’t know the license number in advance so I couldn’t reserve in due time the parking lot I had preferred and had to take what was still vacant + an Uber from the parking lot to my hotel and back. Expensive and annoying

  Overall satisfied but penalty fee for a couple minutes delay cost as much as the parking cost which I think is a bit excessive (reservation until 7 but due to the fact that our child’s baptism mass took a bit longer than expected we were too late)

  Straightforward but it would be useful to include the information that the time as well as the date of the original booking can be changed at the same time by simply having a tab to press which said "change date or time" instead of just "change date".

  Onepark may forgot selected area, dates, certain parking place during switching between apps on Android. This made my reservation 2 times longer that it could be. I had to enter the same search criteria multiple times. Everything else was good.

  Our car was collected from the airport departure entrance promptly and efficiently - the gentleman who collected it was polite and helpful. So far Onepark has lived up to its previous excellent reviews and I’m sure that the return collection at the departure gate will be equally smooth. Onepark is also great value - so we are delighted to have found them!

  I have been using Onepark 3 times already in France and everything was very easy and smooth: finding a parking, booking the parking, getting the access information once I had arrived at the parking. Every parking was very secure and good value for money compared to parking on street or in other parkings.

  Overall good experience. Clean, good lighting and centrally located for a reasonable price. Only downside was that the elevator was not working to get to the street level, which is an issue when you are disabled or when carrying heavy luggage.

  We rented parking for 2 consecutive days, reserving through Internet. We had problem with payment when leaving but the problem was that we inserted the card and not wrote the code. The employee solved it out (he explained it to us the 2nd time). The price could be lower (especially in the SAGS Bourse parking)

  I experienced an extremely disappointing situation in the parking lot of the Ecole Militaire. not only was the barrier not lifted, because the license plate was not recognized, but the operator did not want to ask me for my reservation ID, it was more as if he didn't understand what my license plate was. I paid the 17 euros online and another 10 euros to be able to leave the parking lot. I do not recommend this parking lot to anyone.

  I used this app to book parking spaces during my trip to Paris. Out of three bookings, the OnePark code didn’t work on the first attempt, so I had to call customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, on the way out, there was no customer service available, so I had to go into the Ibis reception to get a card to exit. The next day, I faced a similar issue—this time, the QR code didn’t work on entry but did work on exit. After that, I decided to stop using the app and instead went directly to the car parks to buy tickets locally. This avoided the hassle of calling customer service and paying roaming charges. Overall, the service is okay but not ideal if you’re looking for convenience or don’t speak French.
