  On consecutive days I could not access the parking due to a door/code problem. On the first day I had to phone up Onepark, who couldn’t open the door remotely so I then had to phone the Emergency number. That worked but then I had to phone them up à number of times the following day to get in to the parking and then again twice for the two doors to exit with my car. This made for a very stressful situation.

  UI worked correctly, but web UI for some reason is more outdated than the mobile app. Also lacking the ability to manage multiple cars, payment methods and billing addresses. Also missed payment options like PayPal or Google Pay

  Give clearer instructions how to find the parking place by foot and how to enter it. It is quite difficult to find it and people look strangely because you look suspicious.

  It was easy to book, but when we left the car park after one week, our booking was not recognised (despite the number plate recognition) and the machine said we had to pay €351! We had to speak to someone through the intercom who didn't speak a word of English. Luckily my husband understands very basic Spanish and managed to sort it, but it was highly stressful. Plus, not OnePark's fault, but our car was hit by another car whilst parked, leaving a big dent - no details for the other driver.

  Sadly the Easy Hotel in Málaga didn't seem to understand how your system works. When I returned for my second day of parking, I pressed the buzzer and I kept being asked which room number! We were not staying at the hotel but I could not get the man to understand or let me in, he told me to come to recepysoni had to abandon the car in front of the lift, go to reception, wait ages as they were checking people in, I showed him my confirmation email and STILL he didn't seem to understand!!! Finally he let me in because I was getting so annoyed I think he decided to let me have it my way but that was not a smooth ride.

  The entire process was excellent - location itself, directions to it, navigation to the correct parking spot once at the garage. The missing 5th star is because of the labyrinth of getting out of the place on foot to get to the GVA terminal - arriving before 0600 meant the lift was inaccessible, and it was very confusing exiting the building. Otherwise, great experience.

  The process was easy, the parking was secure. However when getting to the car park. The car park wouldn't accept the code provided to open the barrier so we had to go into the hotel on arrival and departure to park and pick up the car. We were a bit earlier than the times stated but other than that no reason why this should have happened.

  I like the website, it gives you a good choice of carparks along with the prices for each one. It is easy to see on the associated map exactly where they are located and the distance from your desired location. The prices are very reasonable if booked in advance and cancellation can be done at quite short notice. I am very happy with onepark and always use them if visiting a new area of Spain where I live.

  Booked for 04:00 hrs. This is universally accepted as 4am. When I arrived I found it was for 4pm and there is no help. Would not let me in. There is a phone number up, but at the barrier underground, no signal. Huge problem as I had a plane to catch.

  The car park was accessible via a very small lift and the underground car park was only practically accessible for small cars. It would be good if you dod more research on the suitability of the parking you are offering.
