  It's a normal parking app, with some issues from lack of information. And knowledge that parking was more expensive through the app than by going to that parking directly. For 02:30 charged as much as the whole day, when in that parking could have been done at a third of the price.

  I had a terrible experience using your services in Paris. So, I ordered the parking when I was already in Paris. I believe I ordered it through the website. My stay was from Saturday morning to Sunday 10:30am. When booking the parking, i attempted to use the €5 voucher code I got from you previously and it didn’t work so I didn’t get the €5 off that I was supposed to. I had the address of the parking on the website so that’s how we found it. I got the entry code via a text message I received from you. That same day, I received an email telling me to rate my stay when my stay hasn’t even finished yet… so that had me overthinking that maybe you signed us out of the car park. When we wanted to return to our car, I could not find an address for the parking. I see it’s not in „my bookings”, I received no confirmation email from you with the parking details, reference number or anything. The only thing I do have is the text message with the link to google maps of the address and the entry code. So I press the link and I kid you not… it’s 23 minutes away BY CAR from where the parking actually was. So really like 45minutes by public transport. My partner and I were scrambling to make it back in time by busses and running. You gave us a completely wrong address back to the car park and I have proof in the images I attached. The only way we got back to our car was because my partner remembered there was a gas station near it and my partner searched multiple gas stations on google maps to find the one we have been to and that way, we found our way to the car park. When we finally made it to the car park, we try to enter it using the entry code. It doesn’t work. I don’t have a French number to call you and I can’t enter. Next to us was another family who also couldn’t enter the car park. I thought the only way to get our car back and get out was to buy more parking to get a new code. We were both stuck outside of the car park but thankfully they managed to get a hold of you on the phone and we got in. But then, we couldn’t get out. Coincidentally, someone opened the garage door from the outside so we weren’t stuck for long. This experience was horrible and I want a refund for it.

  The service is good and would have been excellent if the person working at the bar of Hilton reception, in charge of the card key of the toilet wouldn't have been very rude, both times. The access to the toilet is a service included in the fee, so part of this evaluation.

  The site is easy to navigate, easy to find car parks/parking garages that are available, and the pricing is very good. I used onepark last year on our first trip to Spain, and it was such a good experience that I bookmarked the website because I knew we'd be back and I knew I would use onepark again. Completely satisfied.

  Bad experience. I've payd since 19/07/2025 16 h. to 20/07/2025 7 h. On the parking they give us a ticket and tells them closes de parking at 22 h. And them web must pay the diference since 20 h. until time t'he vehicle pickup

  When I called to pick up my car I was told that they were expecting me tomorrow and it took them 45 minutes to send someone back to the airport to bring my car to the pick up point - an honest mistake on their part but wasted 45 minutes of my time and destroyed any gain in having a valet service. A minor point but very little if any English spoken - I got by with a little Spanish

  I was traveling with my family to a European city where I was worried about the smaller streets and finding parking. OnePark is a fantastic option for us to drop the car for a few days outside the city and not worry about getting lost, stuck or unable to find parking. I will definitely use this again when traveling abroad.

  I was amazed at the promptness of a reply with a solution for an issue I had with a booking. I have been using this company for a couple of years for booking vehicles in Paris and to get this service when making the booking from New Zealand is very reassuring.

  The booking service is practical, but the partners are not checked and there are many black sheep. Hardly any of them even provide a contract or terms and conditions. It's like highway robbery. You stand there, hand over your car and keys, and don't even get a receipt for the transaction. You have nothing and therefore no rights. Once we had a stone chip in the windscreen (€800) and once the key was lost (€450) – Onepark is not liable for its partners. They then drive the cars many kilometres or even siphon off fuel! You have no idea what you're getting yourself into, at least at Malaga Airport.

  Ok, not so good directions. I had to take a shot at the nearest parking garage, luckily it was the right one. No sign on the outside matched the name in the app, just that it was the next building to the providing information. The garage had one name, the app told me that it was a Hotel Sheraton parking garage. The hotels parking was a small space in the big garage. The inside the information was good, but it would have cost me money if it was the wrong place. No place to stop the car and check in the hotel before hand.

  Paying was easy. The carpark was ok and the hotel staff were fabulous. Unfortunately Onepark doesn't communicate with the hotel, so they didn't have my booking details immediately. When I went to leave the barrier would not go up. I had to return to the hotel reception 3 times while they checked everything, and eventually gave me an exit pass of their own.

  To be honest the hidden charges put us off we had fully comp insurance but still had to leave an 840£ deposit which I find extortionate plus a 350£ excess on top so 1200£ we only wanted to borrow the car not buy it. I know hertz etc ask for a deposit but only 500£ if that if you have fully comp insurance it worked out cheaper for taxis for four days

  The website was easy to use and to navigate. I quickly found a suitable car park, ACCESS PARK AEROPORT DE NANTES Discount Car Park. The man, I think the owner/operator, was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. It is an open air car park, about 5-6 minutes from the airport. The car park operator dropped us off at the airport for us then to find my husband had left his ID cards (needed to get back into France) in the car. We rang the car park operator who brought the ID cards to the airport for us within 10 minutes . We were very grateful and appreciative of this. The price was less than half the cost of parking at the airport. We would definitely recommend this car park and will use it again should we fly out from Nantes in the future. Thank you OnePark.

  Nice parking. Easy access to terminals 2 by CDGVal..cheaper than any other covered parkings inside the airport cdg. Negative point..access is through the hotel reception and the Lift was out of service. Very difficult to pick up someone with luggage from the Airport. Otherwise I would have given a 5*

  One park is a scam. I reserved and then paid for a parking space. Once at the lot, the system read my license plate upon entry. When exiting I was made to pay for the parking anyway. Onepark essentially stole my money and didn’t offer the service they said the would provide. Never again.

  Onepark is easy to use and with the interactive map it is great to find parking. I also like that it provides parking with hotels with excess capacity at reasonable rates. These two features plus the easy to use web site with great communication about your reservation keep me loyal to onepark.
