  Booked and paid for car park online but we still had to grab the parking ticket to get in. While getting out it still asked us to pay for parking despite online booking and payment. Had to waist 10 minutes blocking the exit from the car park to speak to the assistant who then needed all the parking details from our booking to finally let us out. Too much hustle. I thought it would be smooth in and out with reg plate recognition.

  It was really very surprising to me. Behind the parking lot I reserved, there are many empty parking spaces. So why am I reserving a parking spot? Because I want my car to be placed in a supervised and secure area. However, the reservation staff, despite having empty parking spaces inside the enclosed area, offered me a parking spot outside the premises. Who gave them the right to do this? I have paid for the parking, and they have no right to behave like this or discriminate against me. They insisted that there were no available spots, but I personally saw that they gave a parking spot inside the enclosed area to the person before me. This was probably because I was not staying at the hotel, and they were reserving the parking spots for hotel residents. I was really very upset by this behavior and shocked by the discrimination they showed. I think you need to address this behavior of the reservation staff. Interestingly, when I refused to take the parking spot outside the premises, they were forced to give me a parking spot inside the enclosed area. Question: Didn’t this gentleman say all the parking spots were full? So where did this empty spot come from? Please look into this matter. I have been waiting for this satisfaction email for several days now so I can inform you.

  Very easy to book, car park is kind of narrow but still manageable if you have a standard European vehicle. First levels are often filled up and you have to go deeper to find parking spaces but that's not an issue as you can simply use the elevator to go in/out. The car park is secured at night so is the elevator access, which requires your parking ticket to activate it. Parking rates are obviously a bit high but you save so much time and stress compared to street parking, it's worth it.

  Easy to find, great secure parking. Fantastic that there is toilets available downstairs in the parking lot. Was a bit confusing to find the way to come Up from The parking but we figure it out. Use the service lift up to R/C or 0 and then go through the fire exit.

  We got to the car park. Couldn’t find a space so drove around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to leave. Then we had to actually pay again to get out the car park even though we were supposed to be able to get out

  It's not possible to extend your booking once you parked your car. So I did an extra booking for some additional time. But in this situation you do not have a (correct) card to drive out. It took us half an hour to get out of the parking. Not a very nice experience. And the staff was not helpfull, although it was fully clear we already paid.

  We had a very bad experience at the Mercure Montpellier Hotel Parking. First of all, the parking is located next to a shopping mall and you can’t tell the difference between the two parkings. We made a mistake and had to pay to get out of the mall parking and only then did we realise that this information was said down below of the email with a very small font. It almost seems like they have an agreement with the shopping mall so people pay more. Our reservation was booked for three days and paid entirely, but when during the second day we took the car out to go to Nimes, we realized that we couldn’t get back in anymore, so we had to make a second reservation for a day that was already paid. No where in the emails nor the messages had the information that the car could not be out of the parking during the entirety of the reservation. We also tried to contact OnePark but no one answered.

  Everything was fine. They could offer extra info on Sundays about the area closed to traffic if your parking is insight that area. Not easy to charge electrically the car as per extra needs from indigo and that cannot pay by credit card to charge the car

  Le 28 juillet 2025, les vitres de deux voitures différentes ont été cassées dans le parking d'ONE PARK à l'adresse d'André Dubois, 75019 Paris et il y a avait des tentatives de vol même s'il y a code sécurité pour entrée et sortir. Je ne sais pas comment c'est possible. J'espère que vous avez réussi à trouver le malfaiteur. Et heureusement, ils n'ont pas touché ma voiture. Mais c'est que je comprends, c'est, il n'y a pas de sécurité même si votre voiture et garé sous-sol en pleine sécurité avec des caméras et code sécurité.

  Once the paymentmethod was entered, a peace of cake. Good price and only 1 metro-stop from Lyon’s city-center. For ‘a few-day’s tourists’ a good place to park the car (wich you don’t need in the city) in a safe way!

  Originally I booked the car park for certain dates. Afterwards I realised I made a small error with the exit date. Not to worry the website was a dream to work with and it was easy to make the change. I was a bit apprehensive going to the barrier with the code but again absolutely no problem, barrier opened. The car will be parked up for another 6 weeks so hopefully the code works on the way out :)

  The parking is quite narrow bu with small car is affordable. The address of the parking in the mail is general so it is possile that you can reach other side of the hotel with the private parking entrance.

  Super secure, cost reasonable, really close to the palace and the centre of Versailles, 45 minute leeway on arrival and departure time was really appreciated as it was our first time visiting. All communication and information was really useful. Would definitely use this service and this car park again.

  I arrived at booked car park in Spain to be told that the car park will be closed on the Saturday when I needed to exit to catch ferry. I have tried to call and mail Onepark but no reply after 5 days. As paid nearly £80 to park not too happy. Please help Onepark
