Easy to use, written in plain English and the navigation and info were really helpful. We were looking for secure, covered parking and this was detailed. Very glad we weren't immediately obliged to download an app.

The parking spaces and the driveways between floors are far too narrow. I and the cars in front of me had to manouvre, reversing two or three times, to be able to drive from one floor to the next. The parking spaces were also very difficult to use because of their narrow dimensions and I was very nervous that the car would be scraped by adjacent cars whilst parked. I will never use this facility again
