Verified reviewThe order in itself was ok, but the services offered in the parking were poor, that is the plate number was not recognized, we were advised by staff to take a ticket, when leaving the same happened, we had to explain again the situation and eventually we left the parking, not paying the ticket, as the reservation was already paid. For this situations, when foreign plates are not read correctly the customer should be able to insert his order number for not being obliged tot take a ticket.

Verified reviewDriving round the car park at BCN Terminal 1 is not easy. Entrance to each floor is not clear. A prepaid ticket needs to be validated but that was not clear. The details did not explain that or where to find the booth to validate. Aena officials in the main terminal did not know what advice to give. All this delayed our exit after a long journey.

Verified reviewCompletely dissatisfied. I came back yesterday afternoon with a family of 5 (including small childrens). The shuttle phone did not work. I had to take taxi to parking lot. Parking was closed . After one hour of calling French number I was ready to call the police . Finally someone came and opened the parking . I want a refund not only for the taxi but for the entire parking stay as you have failed to deliver your service
