    Easy to use booking system. The car park was easy to find and One Park's instructions for gaining entry were clear. When I entered the car park I found two parking spaces that were closed off with movable barriers or cones. However, it wasn't clear if these were spaces reserved for OnePark customers - I parked in one of those spaces, and there were no problems. However, it would have been useful if there had been a sign attached to the barrier with my reservation number.

    First time I book OnePark. Arrived at Girona airport 2hours before my flight departure and put my car at the AENA parking as required by OnePark on the booking document. Several hours after arriving in Belgium (my final destination), got a message of OnePark, informing me that the license plate of my car had not been recognized by AENA cameras. The same message requesting me to go to the parking manual casher and require them to register my car according to OnePark contract and not according to AENA expensive fares. I immediately sent a message calling for OnePark help. So far, just automatic reply promising prompt reaction. Since 48h, nothing. Most likely, next Wednesday, upon returning at Girona Airport I’ll have to pay full AENA fares in addition with the already the OnePark fare. It will be double punishment. Why should I be happy with OnePark?
