Verified reviewThe parking garage is very narrow and hardly passable with larger vehicles. The parking spaces themselves are also very narrow. You don't get a card for the barrier but have to show employees the confirmation email every time you enter. For multi-day reservations more multiple entries and exits, this is very annoying. The employees do not wear uniforms and some would rather be avoided in the evening on the sidewalk. I would not park here again.

Verified reviewIt was easy to use the app. However, when we went to park it told us not to take a ticket - that the camera would recognize us - this was at parking by the Louvre. But it didn’t and no one answered the help button so we had to take a ticket. When we left we had to explain the problem and they let us go but it was stressful. I also sent an email to One park immediately when it happened and got an automatic reply but never anyone who said they would fix the problem.

Verified reviewThe process was incredibly easy and the information provided on the reservation web site was very helpful. Maps, picture of entrance and instructions provided were accurate and helpful. Price was decent for Paris parking and the whole experience was good. I will use them again.
