Dear client, thank you for your reply. We have checked in the system and your booking had already finished when we received your email. When you make a booking with one of our partners, we automatically book a parking space for you. This spot is therefore no longer available for sale. Is it always recommendable to contact us as soon as you have an issue with the booking in order to help you the best.

Verified reviewThe service provided is good. Location is good and safe But some points can be improved. 1. Tell up front that 3rd floor is reserved for Onepark customers. Now we need read the small signs in the parking places and drive floor by floor to look for right place to park our car. 2. In the evening when we arrived the main exit for the parking is closed. We need to search where we can go out. Mark it better where to exit! 3. The entry is not clear where it is located to get in. Also lift can not operate or not clear how to operate. We need to use stairs with our suite cases go down 3 floors.

Verified reviewI booked a parking place for 2 weeks in the MERCURE LYON CENTRE CHARPENNES. Online ordering went smoothely. I would prefer Paypal, but not (yet) available. Car stood safe in an underground car park. Friendly service at the hotel. Recommended!

Verified reviewIn dense and older urban areas, navigation can be challenging. We had no serious difficulties finding the location. Once we arrived, directions from Onepark were superb. The steep entrance to the lower floor surprised us although it was manageable. The staff at the hotel are marvelous, patient and helpful. The location here was a reasonable and enjoyable walk to Bellecour, Vieux Lyon and over both rivers. The price was marvelous.

Verified revieweverything was god except the fact i didn’t know before i booked it - the limitation to the single entry/exit to the parking. as i booked it for a few days i would appreciate the privilege of using my car during that time.
