Verified review1. wasn't clear enough for me to get into the parking .2 the machine did not recognize my car number so could not enter unless I got a ticket which I did.3 on departure could not get out unless I paid the parking again, The staff were very helpful at the ticket office but they insisted that I had booked but had NOT paid.I showed them all the correspondace from one park to show that I had paid even for the extra hour which I did pay but I still had to pay again.I am not inpressed at all.4. Further info was sent to me on my e mail on the day after I departed from my home and since I was going on holiday I did not take ,no laptop or any other device so your last message sent to me with ref to possible problems and what to do was no good as I did not get it untill I returned.
