Verified reviewThe parking did not open at our arrival and we followed the instructions written in the email and took a ticket. At the exit the bar did not open as well and we remained blocked in the parking - it was not possible to exit and it it was not provided any assistance. In the instructions that you sent (email) it is not written what to do after that you take a ticket to enter the parking (even if you are not supposed to do it in the first place). We were able to exit just thanks to the cleaning service that opened the bar manually. In a nutshell: - poor instructions - not fully functional service

Sometimes a technical error or moisture/dirt on the license plate may lead to a malfuntioning scan. Regarding the following information in your confirmation Email we would like to know whether an intercom was visible at the exit barrier.
