Verified reviewNo information provided that if you leave the parking lot your reservation is immediately cancelled. No contact number provided to call if there is issues. Ended up paying 70 euros for 3 days when it should have been 40

Dear client, We are sorry that you had to make another booking for the same period of time. On the very bottom of every confirmation Email you can find our contact number. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 18:00 (CET). Outside those hours you can talk to our emergency service in English or French. We can see that you have exited the car park on monday the 28th at around 10:00 in the morning. Upon contacting us we could have explained the single-entry policy and could have reactivated your access code without the need to make another booking.

Verified reviewHow f… d up the designer of the website are? Booking a car park in Paris from Los Angeles and these guys think that I am stupid enough to book it LA time??? So they apply a 9h discount to the hours I want… I might switch to another app next time

Verified reviewParking garage was clean and secure. When I went, there were available spaces to park. Prices seem competitive. The email instructions did NOT give a location of the parking attendants office and I had a multiple in and out ticket but it only worked once without being reset.
