Thank you for your response. Sorry, this is not good enough. Who has time to trace and discuss 1-2 hour parkings? I will just stop using this service since it is clearly clunky.

Verified reviewSad Situatuon. No Connection with the Mobil Phone down in the Parking Undergraound. So that means no Pin to enter the Parking Lot. we took a normal Ticket and payed double. Next time without Onepark.
