Dear client, thank you for your comment and we apologise for the inconvenience. We would like to inform you that the reason for the undetected vehicle warning is due to the fact that the cameras at the barrier at your entrance did not recognise your license plate correctly and did not link it to your booking. On your return from your trip, you will have to go to the car park office and show the access ticket and the booking confirmation to the car park operator. Please note that if there is no staff at the booth to validate your exit, you can do so by remote management, by pressing the button found on the payment machines.
