The process of ordering the parking was pretty easy. The location of the parking was easy to get to and it was close to the downtown area. The biggest issue I had was with actually locating the parking. Better photographic instructions would have helped. I was parked in the Qparking for awhile but sure if that was correct or not. I went to find an office to speak to someone and found a very helpful staff member who helped me find the correct entrance. He physically drove his bike around the block to show me the correct way to go. This extra time cost me 8 € extra.

I gave paid on-line, and paid again at the car park, perfect !! For that, cannot leave mord than 1 star to all which are only linked to the site, and nothing on how to usé effectively when parking, which is very important, no ?

We booked a car park place in this parking lot for a week and had a lot of trouble accessing it. We arrived around 6.30pm on December 22nd and failed to take the badge. The procedure is completely unclear, the person who answered our call before entering the parking was completely useless because he did not understand English. He opened the barrier to enter but was unable to explain how to proceed. There was no one at the office to help us, so we didn't have a chance to get the badge. I would suggest you explain the procedure as clearly as you can in the email with the QR code that you send when booking, so as to avoid this kind of particularly unpleasant situation for the future.

To enter and exit the car park, my license plate was not scanned and recognized automatically to allow the barrier to open. There was totaly collapse with exit and I spent 1 hour to get out.
