  I discovered Palais des Thés on a trip to Brussels and was thrilled to find out that they deliver everywhere in Europe (in my case Greece). The flavour of each tea that I have tasted is incredibly rich without being overpowering. My order arrived in good condition - given the long journey - and took approximately ten days. I loved the extra gifts that came with my order

  Goods were lost and the DPD site was useless in trying to find them. Parcel.tracking did not work and chat line was to a robot who could not answer a simple question.

  Delivery took 2.5 times the estimate. More importantly once the package finally arrived I had to go back and forth with customs to avoid paying an additonal 26€ on my 32€ purchase because the cost of the package was stated incorrectly (they'd written double the shipping cost). This seems really unprofessional. The tea itself is great but it's not worth the extra work dealing with customs.
