  Palais des Thés won my heart again. I’ve been buying tea from the stores in Bruxelles Belgium for over 4 years now and 2 times I had to order them online. The last one was a bit problematic but not because of the tea shop itself but because of the transportation. In the end everything went well the customer service helped me getting the present for my friend on time!Infinite grateful to you!

  Although the goods themselves are fine the description of the flavours of tea online doesn't match with the description on the boxes of tea so I frequently order teas that I'm not keen on and am having to learn the names of the teas that I like rather than trusting the description given online.

  The teapot I ordered was damaged. And has been before it was sent. Looks like they dont check it before they put it in the package and send it. The tea on the other hand was excellent. Update. The shop has responded in a very nice way. So I have to changé my rewiev. I am very happy with the result
