  I love everyabout Palais except I was unable to find my very favourite Palais tea, the incomparable No 25 Green tea. I hope you are going to stock it again soon but there was no mention of it anywhere while I placed my order.

  Website is great, tea is great (I'm a long-buying customer in Russian physical stores), service overall is great, have only praise for the store. But the delivery was absolutely horrible. Not only did I not get to choose the time initially, I didn't even get the parcel in the set time on the initial date. I was waiting for it for more than an hour and shaped my plans for the dag around the delivery that never came! And I didn't get any calls, sms or email notifications about that. Unacceptable. And I couldn't change the address afterwards to my work address so I had to leave work and go home and wait outside for an hour for the delivery guy just to finally get my parcel. I am very very disappointed. 2 stars and not 1 only because at the end of it all I at least got to enjoy my tea. About the next point, I would and already did recommend the store to my friends, but will probably not recommend to order anything with delivery, it's a nightmare.

  the parcel was extremely crushed (by the shipper I assume) fortunately the contents was T, so this was not damaged, but the cartons in which the t-bags were packed were. btw delivery was in time, and I do not care that an order is delivered with lightning speed. Better good quality than speed. When does one instantly need a package of T. No, snail mail (and dito prices) is good enough
