  I already sent an email to the consumer care service. please refer to it. In short: advent calendar is really poor quality, all is falling apart on day 2 already. very disappointing. I do not trust the quality of the brand anymore if you cannot sort the quality of the packaging. it is the total consumer experience that is critical, not just the taste of the tea. You should know that and invest in pack.

  I am a long term loyal customer, although I cannot buy PdT products in my home country (fell in love during my pre-pandemic visits to France).   The quality of the Tea are very good. They have a lot to choose from.And it is easy to order and without problem to get the delivery.   Awful delivery partner they chose: BRT in Italy. Customer service very rude and inefficient. Palais des Thés didn't try anything to make it up for the expensive and terrible delivery system they have. Disappointed.

  Was not able to note my address in the dutch way on your website. France; House number, street name. Holland; streetname, house number. Therefore the DPD depot at Veenendaal wasn’t able to read my address properly and my package was stranded there. Caused me some time and stress to set things right. Please adapt your address notation for your clients in the Pays-Bas. Love your tea by the way….
