  Package arrived in perfect conditions. A pitty that the order could not be delivered from Belgium though. There are Palais des Thés shops in Belgium, I am not sure why orders need to come from France.

  The delivery was disappointing. Package arrrived late and damaged although the contents were ok as there was nothing fragile beyond tea. However the state of the box makes me unlikely to order anything breakable in the future.

  quality and choice of tea are excellent, questions were answered by return, delivery was super fast, it took 3 or 4 days to get to Italy and I was kept informed of all the steps by mail. Really outstanding experience, I was amazed by the efficiency.

  When returning to Holland after discovering various blends of the Palais des Thés in a Barcelona-Hotel, I immediately purchased my favorite blend together with 4 free samples. On december 27th, I placed my order and in the morning of december 30, I already received the parcel including a welcoming gift and a voucher. A highly esteemed service!

  The execustion of my first order was perfect. And I really enjoy your exquisite tea. However I have to make one small remark. On your site it is stated that customers will receive something on their birthday. My birthday was Januari 2nd last and so far I haven't received anything. Am I too early with this remark?

  In general, it is good experience. it is great you deliver worldwide, but you didn't allow UK bank accounts? I went through the list for 3 times, also asked my family and friend to double check the list in French just in case i missed... But not much luck unfortuantely. so i can't really recommend to my famiiy and friends in the UK...but everywhere else, definitely.
