  I received an email notice to pick up my package, which included a code. However, this code wasn't known to the pickup location and I had to search through the packages in the store to find my package. As you can imagine, this took some time, as there were hundreds of packages to search. Luckily, I recognized the white and green package and found my order. Normally, I am sent a text with the proper code, but instead the code was sent by surface mail. But I hadn't yet collected my mail when I went to pick up the package. It would help if the email told the recipient to expect a surface mail notice with the pick up code.

  Chronopost did nit provide me with the necessary ID no to make it possible to pick up the delivery. At last managed to find it my self in the early steps of Chronopost’s tracking history. The handshaking between Cronopost and the Swedish agent PostNord has to improve. It’s a disaster. It was the same mess the last time I ordered from you.

  Love the brand (hope you will open a shop in Amsterdam), love the tea. Website is nice, but sometimes it is a little difficult to really get the differences between different teas, especially within the same category (e.g. Japanese green tea). But apart from that, really nice.

  At first stressful as I had to send it to an address in Portugal. I found the Palais customer service team very helpful when there were problems with DPD delivery who had problems with location. Difficult to communicate with DPD and they sen their msgs in their language. All worth it for such lovely tea 💕

  I love the tea and have no issues with the website or delivery. When there was a mistake with my order, the company corrected it quickly and free of charge. My only issue is that I do not like being charged for shipping even though I am a regular customer and my orders normally go above 100 euro.

  I disappointed with the fact that no matter how big is an on-line order there is no option to reach a total sale amount which will allow free delivery, though I am a returning customer and my orders is quite big. All the rest is perfect: it is easy to place an online order and delivery is accurate.
