  There are certain links that no longer work on the website. As a first time user, I was exploring the whole website and more then a few times the link I clicked on lead me to 404 Page doesn't exist. Other then that, perfect experience!

  The website is very poor. It doesn't work very well. I wasn't able to pay for my order on the website. Your staff had to sent me a separate link to pay. I tried Firefox and Chrome but it still didn't work properly. Also, there was a light grey colour over the screen when using Firefox. You really need a new website provider immediately!

  Very happy with my order. Tea is very tasty, came quickly, and was well packaged. Prices are higher than what you can get in your grocery store but your local grocery store probably doesn't offer the unique tastes and "experiences" that the Palais Des Thes tea does. I've ordered from here before and would order again!
